Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days
- Other Governorates: 3-7 business days

Delivery Fees: Shipping fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping is 75 EGP for Cairo and Giza.
Shipping is 90 EGP for Alexandria.
Shipping is 100 EGP for Suez, Ismailia, Fayed, Port Said, Fayoum, Beni-Suef, Qalyubia, Monufia, Gharbiya, Dakahlia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Sharqiyah, Beheira, Damietta, Mansoura, Tanta, Damanhour, Sohag, Assiut, and Minya.
Shipping is 95 EGP for Qena, Luxor, El Wadi, Aswan, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, and Marsa Matrouh.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available) to monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
